Job Summary
Optimize repair estimates to achieve profit benchmarks and KPI goals while finalizing total loss administration. Educate customers on vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, rights, and safety during comprehensive process reviews. Greet clients by phone or in-person to provide trusted service and explain claims information and payment procedures. Complete weekly trackers and finish required training in CYOU and I-CAR to support DRP partnerships. Commit to 7-9 months of program completion, arrive on time, and maintain a professional appearance. Earn between $16.66 and $23.75 per hour as part of Crash Champions' founder-led multi-shop operator model serving over 650 locations across 38 states.
