Job Summary
Optimize repair estimates to achieve profit benchmarks and finalize total loss administration while adhering to DRP partnership KPI goals. Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, safety, and value through phone or in-person interactions. Review comprehensive repair processes to provide trusted service, ensuring all estimates align with organizational success metrics. Complete required training in CYOU and I-CAR, attend calls, and maintain a professional appearance. Commit to 7-9 months for program completion, arrive on time, and write as many estimates as possible. Earn between $15.47 and $25.00 per hour with medical, dental, vision, and 401k benefits.
