Job Summary
Network to build business information converted into commercial opportunities and identify client relationships in competitive environments. Advise on and sell appropriate solutions for attracting candidates while maintaining databases, then create multi-channel sourcing strategies to meet client profiles or build talent pools. Assess specific client needs, source suitable candidates, and brief them on opportunities. Identify market trends through effective research and offer resume, interview, and career advice. Use competency interviewing to differentiate candidates during short-listing processes. Requires a degree with 10+ years of business experience, strong data analysis skills, and fluency in Chinese and English. Fluent in Chinese and English.
Required Qualifications
- Degree holder
- 10+ years experience in a business environment
- Able to analyze business information and organize multiple points and large amounts of data into concise targeted information summaries
- Ability to develop strong relationships to build an industry network
- Personal and business maturity that leads to confident and rational business decisions
- Demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness to develop well-planned strategies and achieve goals within tight timelines
- Comfortable and competent using technology in a business setting
- Fluent in Chinese and English
Desired Qualifications
- Experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include market mapping, recruitment strategies and searches
