Job Summary
Gather and analyze business requirements while collaborating with product managers, BAs, and developers. Implement and enhance software features, including integrations with upstream and downstream systems, using scalable C# and React.js code. Perform troubleshooting, optimization, and performance tuning at the application and database levels. Develop prototypes for pre-sales support and review, refactor, and debug code to maintain high-quality standards. Prepare comprehensive SDLC documentation and coordinate closely with clients and internal teams. This role supports a flagship platform handling physical and financial trading across commodities like natural gas and electricity, with occasional travel required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science/Engineering, or related field
- Strong foundation in C#, React.js, and SQL Server (or other relational databases)
- Familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Occasional travel
