Job Summary
The Associate/Senior Associate will focus on planning and conducting compliance audits related to environmental, health, and safety regulations, including site visits. Responsibilities include designing and developing integrated Management Systems, identifying and managing HSE risks, preparing documentation related to HSE matters, and conducting due diligence activities. Candidates must possess a degree in relevant fields and demonstrate experience in managing HSE issues while understanding relevant laws and ISO standards. Additional preferred qualifications include Auditor certifications and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in engineering or technical/scientific fields related to health and safety and environmental protection
- Knowledge of current legislation on health and safety and socio-environmental issues
- Knowledge of ISO standards relevant to Management Systems
- Strong understanding of national safety regulations
- Proficient in Office Suite
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience as Auditor/Lead Auditor for ISO Management Systems (UNI EN ISO 9001, 14001, 50001, and 45001)
- Qualification as EGE or courses with certification in energy-related fields
- Qualification as RSPP or Trainer for workplace safety
