Associate / Senior Associate - Real Estate Product Management

Associate / Senior Associate to join StepStone Real Estate (SRE) Business Development. Responsible for supporting the firm’s real estate fundraising across primaries, co-investments, and secondaries, including content creation for marketing and due diligence materials, responses to investor requests, and track-record analyses. Manage investor pipelines and prepare reports for senior stakeholders; support investor meetings and roadshows; collaborate with research, asset and portfolio management, RFP, legal/compliance, tax, and analytics teams; contribute to other business development initiatives. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and 2-6 years of relevant financial services experience; advanced MS Office skills and familiarity with AI tools (Claude, Copilot); Salesforce or Intralinks experience desirable. Strong written and verbal communication, self-starter attitude, ability to work independently and in a team, attention to detail, and knowledge of private markets performance metrics are also expected. This role is noted as hybrid in London, UK.
