Job Summary
As part of the PwC Transaction Services team, you'll engage in large-scale extraordinary finance operations, assisting companies across various sectors with acquisitions, divestments, strategic alliances, and access to global capital markets. Key responsibilities include performing Financial Due Diligence throughout the deal process, conducting detailed financial analyses, identifying risks and opportunities, and developing financial models. This role emphasizes collaboration with shareholders and top management to address complex business challenges, thereby enhancing your capabilities in mergers and acquisitions.
Required Qualifications
- Experience from 1 to 4 years in Audit, Transaction Services, or Financial Due Diligence at consulting firms, audit firms, or financial boutiques
- Master's degree in Economics or related fields
- Strong accounting skills and knowledge of reference principles (Italian GAAP, IFRS)
- Financial statement analysis, evaluation of variances, margins, working capital, and net financial position
- Familiarity with cash flow calculation methodologies and business valuation
- Excellent knowledge of English (study/work experiences abroad are a plus)
- Digital mindset with solid analytical and technological skills
- Problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex projects
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong team spirit
- Willingness for national and international mobility
