Job Summary
Associates and Senior Associates participate in day-to-day analytical work and solution-crafting within tight-knit teams, applying commercial expertise and quantitative analytics to aviation-sector client engagements. Responsibilities include market research, data analysis (including financial model development), authoring presentations and reports, hypothesis testing, and contributing to the growth of the company in an entrepreneurial environment. The role emphasizes use of business analytics, presentation skills, and continuous training opportunities to develop expertise in aviation consulting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative, problem solving, or critical reasoning discipline (e.g., finance, mathematics, engineering, statistics, philosophy, etc.)
- Demonstrated strong academic performance from a top educational institution
- Travel: Some domestic and/or international travel may be associated with selected engagements
- Associates should have participated in a previous business-related internship; Senior Associates should have 2-5 years of aviation/aerospace industry working experience and/or relevant consultancy work experience
