Job Summary
Associate and Senior Associate level roles in management consulting for the aviation sector, based in Tokyo. Responsibilities include working as part of a consulting team to gather, analyze, and interpret data to support hypothesis testing and solution development; conducting market research with quantitative and qualitative analyses (including financial model development); authoring presentations and reports; contributing to company IP development; and leveraging business analytics and presentation skills to deliver value to clients. Requirements include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency with Microsoft Excel, ability to work under pressure, and excellent English and Japanese communication abilities. Travel may be required for engagements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative, problem solving, or critical reasoning discipline (e.g., finance, mathematics, engineering, statistics, philosophy, etc.) with demonstrated strong academic performance from a top educational institution.
- Associates should have participated in a previous business-related internship; Senior Associates should have 2-5 years of aviation/aerospace industry working experience and/or relevant consultancy work experience.
