Job Summary
Lead operational, analytical, and strategic activities within the Investor Relations team, managing relationships with institutional, high-net-worth, and family office investors in the APAC region, specifically Japan and Korea. Draft high-quality investor materials, reports, presentations, and responses to enquiries while overseeing onboarding processes for APAC-domiciled institutional investors. Communicate confidently about Hines' investment vehicles, fund performance, and strategy, and provide analytical support for reporting, fundraising materials, and portfolio updates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Investor Marketing, Sales Management, and Fund Management to ensure seamless delivery of information and support broader initiatives aimed at improving client engagement and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- 5+ years of related experience, particularly within institutional real estate, in an investment management, investor relations, financial analysis or legal role
- Demonstrated analytical ability, sound problem-solving skills, and the capability to build productive, long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Hands-on approach to problem solving with a background of taking ownership of issues, ensuring effective resolution
- Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Native or Fluent in both Japanese and Korean with business level English required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong numerical and financial analysis skills
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working with real estate concepts, investment structures, and institutional investment vehicles (preferred but not required)
