Job Summary
Associate / Senior Associate, Global Financial Markets in Australia advising on financing transactions, including cross-border and multi-jurisdictional matters. Responsibilities include drafting, negotiation, and client management; contributing to business development; and mentoring junior lawyers. Requires 2–4 years PQE (UK equivalent) and qualification in a Commonwealth jurisdiction; strong banking-related practice areas such as general banking, infrastructure/project finance, leveraged finance, restructuring, asset finance, and/or structured finance. Based in Perth, Western Australia with in-person/hybrid expectations as noted by the firm's Australia practice. The role offers a comprehensive training program, client exposure, and potential for bonus under the Clifford Chance scheme.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years PQE (UK equivalent)
