Job Summary
Produce relevant, timely, and accurate financial information for internal and external reporting while analyzing Group performance. Participate in reviewing accounting treatments and financial disclosures for products and services. Manage the monthly financial accounts closing process and prepare year-end statutory accounts for regulatory authorities. Implement internal controls over financial report preparation and handle ad-hoc assignments as needed. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Group accounting policies. Join a team delivering insights to support business decisions on product development and customer profitability within a leading financial services group in Asia.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting or a related field
- 2-3 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in accounting principles, including SFRS(I)
- Strong financial reporting background
- Good knowledge of financial products and services
- Keen analytical skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Comfort dealing with high volumes of data and financial numbers
- Strong team player with maturity
- Strong communication skills across all levels
Desired Qualifications
- Big 4 firm experience
- Expertise in financial instruments
- Familiarity with financial reporting process in a large financial services company
