Job Summary
In this role, you will be part of the Financial Operations team, ensuring the accuracy and security of financial data. Responsibilities include performing complex reconciliations of accounts, enhancing reconciliation frameworks to improve controls, supporting and contributing to automation projects, and leading new business initiatives. Candidates should have a strong foundation in accounting principles, proven experience in a financial operations role, and excellent analytical skills. A proactive attitude and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are essential.

- Proven experience in a financial operations or accounting role, with a strong focus on reconciliations.
- Strong foundation in accounting principles.

- Prior experience in the payments or fintech industry is highly preferred.
