Job Summary
Manage employment, industrial relations, and safety risks by leading disputes in tribunals and courts, advising on discrimination and safety compliance, and conducting workplace investigations. Support junior lawyers on complex litigation and regulatory matters, including large underpayment reviews and enterprise bargaining. Advise clients on restructuring and the employment aspects of corporate transactions. This permanent, full-time role features a hybrid schedule of 60% office and 40% remote. You will work within Allens' global network, gaining exposure to diverse partners and specialized practice areas.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in an employment, industrial relations and safety team
- Experience ideally at a large law firm
- Experience at an international law firm
- Experience in a combination of private practice and in-house legal work
- The ability to lead and manage matters
- The ability to manage other lawyers
