Job Summary
Real estate solicitor role in Sheffield within a national firm, handling a broad spectrum of transactional real estate work including acquisitions, disposals, secured lending, portfolio management, development, and landlord & tenant matters. You will collaborate across offices, build internal and external client relationships, and contribute to business development while working in a flexible, hybrid setup. The role emphasizes delivering a fantastic client service, managing a personal caseload, and contributing to agile, cross-functional projects within a supportive team. Required Qualifications
- Strong commercial real estate experience with 3-5 years + PQE
- A desire to enhance and build client relationships and exceed expectations
- Excellent communication skills
- A high degree of initiative and the ability to cope in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent organisational and prioritising skills
