Job Summary
This role involves managing global employee life cycle events, including onboarding, transfers, relocations, and off-boarding for various categories of employees. Responsibilities include administering HR policies, implementing operational procedures for efficiency, maintaining personnel files, and coordinating invoices. The ideal candidate must handle multiple priorities, collaborate effectively, and possess strong communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders. Candidates should have at least a diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resource or equivalent
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in similar capacity
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities
- Effective EQ and communication skills
- Resilient and highly flexible individual
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the usage of SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS systems
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications
