Job Summary
Lead and support enterprise-wide Change Management & Culture initiatives across Group Operations, driving strategic communications, learning interventions, and engagement activities. Develop playbooks, campaign guides, and governance materials; manage schedules, milestones, and dashboards; translate complex policy/standards into clear messages for stakeholders; and collaborate across cross-functional teams to roll out the Group Operational Risk Culture programme. Requires 4–6 years in programme management, corporate communications, change management, and experience with GenAI tools; Bachelor’sdegree in a related discipline; strong written/verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Strategy, Consulting, or a related discipline
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in programme management, internal or corporate communications, change management, or related roles, ideally within banking, technology, or consulting
- Proven experience working with GenAI tools and solutions, including optimizing them for performance, scalability, and efficiency
- Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically, connect the dots, and understand technology- or operations-related content
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
