Job Summary
Wealth Planning Assistant (Junior to Senior) supports the WPFOIS team with Trust establishment administration and post-sales insurance servicing. Responsibilities include collating information from Front Office for Trust Establishment, preparing documents for Trust Establishment, submitting for Trust Inception (including Vistra incorporation), coordinating with the Trust Manager, and maintaining master policy files. Also provides insurance post-sales administration, produces insurance review packs and reports, liaises with insurers/FO, supports digitization using tools like DBS-GPT, Copilot, and SharePoint, and provides event and team support. Requires attention to detail, structured processes, strong communication, willingness to learn regulatory concepts, and proficiency with documentation and digital tools.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree holder (Business, Finance, Insurance, or related fields preferred)
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow structured processes
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to learn Trust and insurance concepts, workflows, and regulatory requirements
- Comfortable working with documentation, trackers, and digital tools
- Team-oriented with a proactive and responsible work attitude
- Success Measures: Accuracy and timeliness of Trust pack documentation and submission
- Adherence to service standards and compliance requirements
- Responsiveness to internal stakeholders
- Consistent completion of assigned tasks and training
