Job Summary
Recommend, select, and help locate merchandise based on customer needs; greet clients, educate them on promotions, and foster repeat business through relationship building and credit card promotion. Process sales transactions accurately using the POS register, resolve customer issues aligned with trust and integrity values, and achieve individual and store goals for sales and loyalty participation. Maintain selling floor and fitting room standards, execute markdowns with urgency, and support asset protection and shortage awareness programs. Complete assigned special projects and store events while adhering to brand display compliance.
