Job Summary
Recommend, select, and locate merchandise based on customer needs while maintaining proper display and brand standards. Greet clients, educate them on promotions, and build relationships to foster repeat business and drive sales goals. Process transactions accurately using the POS system, resolve issues with integrity, and execute markdowns and fixture maintenance. Adhere to asset protection controls and participate in selling events and store programs. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays to support the store's shortage and theft awareness initiatives.
