Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service by offering product knowledge, answering questions, and making personalized suggestions. Maintain product freshness through regular rotation and quality checks, restock and rotate displays, and package, label, and price self-service items accurately. Cut and prepare seafood products according to company standards, clean and maintain scales and prep stations, and operate department equipment safely. This role involves walking and standing for extended periods while lifting up to 80 pounds in a fast-paced retail environment. Candidates must be at least 18 years old with strong attention to detail and a passion for serving people. Growth opportunities exist within the Seafood department, with many leaders starting in entry-level roles.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic math and reading skills
- Strong attention to detail and visual presentation
- Team player with a positive, service-oriented attitude

- Must be able to lift and move products weighing up to 80 pounds
