Job Summary
Conduct all Scrum events including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Refinement, Review, and Retrospectives for the product team developing Broadcast software solutions. Lead Sprints for the Makalu and ClipBox products by ensuring focus, flow, and a clear sprint trajectory while collaborating with development, UX/UI, and deployment teams. Support the Product Owner in backlog management and maintain Jira and Confluence boards to track progress and documentation. Foster team transparency and self-organization within an iterative, sprint-based culture.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Medientechnik, BWL oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- 1-2 Jahre praktische Erfahrung als Scrum Master oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle im iterativen, Sprint-basierten Software- bzw. Produktentwicklungsumfeld
- Solides Verständnis von Scrum, Kanban oder SAFe
- Fähigkeit, das jeweils am besten geeignete Framework sicher und situationsgerecht anzuwenden
- Sicherer Umgang mit Jira und Confluence im Sprint- und Team-Alltag
- Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau
- verhandlungssicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift
Desired Qualifications
- Zertifizierung im Scrum-Umfeld (z.B. PSM I, CSM)
- Affinität zu Softwareentwicklung und SaaS-Produkten
- gutes Verständnis für Medientechnologien aus Broadcast, Streaming und Gaming-Umfeld
