Job Summary
Execute end-to-end peptide synthesis workflows, including resin loading, coupling, deprotection, cleavage, purification, and analytical characterization. Run microwave-assisted solid-phase peptide synthesis, troubleshoot failed couplings and instrument downtime, and purify candidates using HPLC and LC-MS. Record identity, purity, and yield data before handoff, then prepare compounds for in vitro and in vivo testing. Support next-round design by sharing synthesis feasibility and stability observations. Work closely with founders and scientists from MIT, Harvard Medical School, and Baker Lab to drive programs from junior to senior levels.
