Job Summary
Associate Scientist – Oncology role supporting T cell engager (TCE) and antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) programs in preclinical oncology research. Responsibilities include performing assays to generate scientific evidence for drug candidates, operating and maintaining standard lab equipment, maintaining organized electronic lab notebooks, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and supporting publication and presentation at scientific conferences. Preferred background includes cell/molecular biology, cancer biology, immunology or related fields with hands-on mammalian cell culture, transfection/transduction, CRISPR KO, flow cytometry, qPCR, westerns or similar assays, and strong communication skills to thrive in a team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree OR Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of relevant experience OR Associate’s degree and 4 years of relevant experience OR High school diploma / GED and 6 years of relevant experience
