Job Summary
Associate Scientist I at Tentamus Pharmaceutical Sciences in St. Petersburg, FL, conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis of pharmaceutical products, excipients, raw materials, and environmental samples using HPLC, UV, dissolution, and spectroscopy; supporting method development and validation; operating and troubleshooting analytical systems; maintaining data integrity (ALCOA+); participating in audits, SOP development, and QA/QC activities; collaborating with the team to ensure timely project completion and accurate reporting; onsite, full-time role with a salary of $52k-$65k depending on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific field
- 2–4 years of analytical laboratory experience
- Experience with GMP/GLP environments
- Familiarity with ISO standards, USP methods, and ICH guidance
- Experience using analytical instrumentation (HPLC, UV, dissolution, spectroscopy)
- Proficient with LIMS, CDS, GMP documentation systems, and lab recordkeeping
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work full-time onsite
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
