Job Summary
Perform cell-based assays and product characterization studies for CAR-T cell therapy products, including flow cytometry, ELISA/Luminex, and T-cell functional assays. Support assay development, optimization, qualification, and validation while maintaining accurate laboratory documentation and writing SOPs. Conduct GMP release testing and QC assay transfers, analyzing and presenting scientific data to cross-functional teams. Assist with cell culture processes and analytical testing activities. Requires BS/MS in Biology or related field with 5+ years of biotech experience and hands-on expertise in immunology and cell culture.
Required Qualifications
- BS/MS in Biology, Immunology, Cell Biology, or related field
- 5+ years of biotech or relevant laboratory experience
- Hands-on experience with flow cytometry, immunoassays, and cell culture
- Experience with T-cell biology and cell-based assays
Desired Qualifications
- CAR-T or cell therapy industry experience
- Experience with ELISA, Luminex, qPCR, or ddPCR
- Exposure to GMP/QC environments and assay transfer activities
- Experience drafting SOPs and supporting assay validation/DoE studies
