Job Summary
Associate Scientist - Analytical Assay responsible for providing analytical support to biotherapeutic process development teams focusing on large molecules (proteins, polysaccharides, nucleic acids, etc.). Must work with UV-Vis spectroscopy, HPLC, SEC, gel-based assays (SDS-PAGE/AGE or CGE), and Western Blotting; perform small-volume multichannel pipetting and plate-based assays; maintain pH and related appearance metrics; leverage electronic lab notebook systems and GMP documentation practices; prefer experience in protein immunoblotting and independent operation after direction. Role is full-time, Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm, located in Chesterfield/St. Louis area with in-person work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
- Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Biological or Chemical Science
- Experience with UV-VIS, HPLC, SEC, Western Blotting, SDS Page AGE, CGE, gel-based assay
