Associate Scientific Services Support / Inventory Specialist

Glassware Specialist for centralized lab services supports glassware collection, cleaning, inspection, and return to customer locations. Responsibilities include transporting and delivering laboratory glassware and plasticware, following handling and contamination control procedures, operating glassware washers, dry heat sterilizers, and ultrasonic baths, preparing items for sanitization, inspecting processed glassware for cleanliness and integrity, maintaining documentation and equipment logs per GDP, performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance, monitoring inventory levels, ensuring safety and compliance, completing required training, mentoring new team members, and collaborating on process improvements. Strong attention to detail, effective communication, ability to work independently within a team, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required. Preferred qualifications include prior glass wash or laboratory support experience and familiarity with autoclaves and laboratory equipment.
