Job Summary
Lane Bryant Associate role focused on creating a hospitable store environment through customer engagement, sales and service, and strong product knowledge. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs and wants, sharing current products and fashion trends to appropriately wardrobe and build trust, representing the brand with fashion expertise, supporting store operations and safety, and adhering to company policies and laws. Requires strong sales or hospitality experience, ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, and proficiency with mobile technology (registers and iPad) to engage customers.
Required Qualifications
- Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient and confident utilizing mobile technology (e.g. Registers and iPad) to engage with customers
- Adjust or move store fixtures including but not limited to garment racks, mannequins, shipment boxes or merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds in all directions on a frequent basis; may need to adjust or move objects or merchandise weighing as much as 50 pounds in all directions on occasion and with assistance as available
