Job Summary
Lane Bryant Lake Worth Marketplace is seeking a Part-time Associate to create a hospitable store environment through customer engagement and brand representation. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs through conversation, sharing current products and fashion trends, and reinforcing the brand experience while supporting store operations and safety. The role requires strong sales or hospitality experience, the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, and proficiency with mobile technology (registers and iPad) to engage customers. Physical duties include moving fixtures and merchandise, and occasionally climbing ladders up to 12 feet. Required Qualifications
- Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient and confident utilizing mobile technology (e.g. Registers and iPad) to engage with customers
- Adjust or move merchandise and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Retrieve merchandise displayed or stored above shoulder level and climb ladders up to 12 feet occasionally
