Job Summary
Support Readsoft Cockpit and SAP ABAP by resolving queries on reports, interfaces, enhancements, ALE/IDOC, conversions, forms, workflows, and proxies. Manage incident management for Cockpit and ABAP tickets, ensuring timely resolution while adhering to SAP functional best practices during investigation. Integrate SAP and AP Essentials via ReadSoft cockpit and assess Kofax and SAP OSS notes for application process relevance. Collaborate with multi-geography teams to solve problems and take ownership of assigned tasks.

- Data Dictionary
- SAP Script
- OOPS
- Debugging
- LSMW
- Workflow
- Familiar with Procure to Pay Process
- SAP transport process including Charm
- Knowledge of any core functional module of SAP & linkages in ABAP
- willingness to work on AP Essentials
- integration between SAP and AP Essentials via ReadSoft cockpit
