Job Summary
Coordinate seasonal sample requests across multiple brands and product categories, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. Track sample status, key milestones, and factory deliverables while serving as the primary liaison between Design, Merchandising, Sourcing, and overseas partners. Consolidate fabric needs and development updates to streamline communication, monitor timelines, and escalate potential risks. Assist in maintaining trackers, reporting dashboards, and master files to provide visibility into sample status and factory performance. Prepare recurring reports and seasonal analysis to support on-time delivery metrics. Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising or related field with 1+ years of industry experience required. Consistent in-office presence is vital for tactile brand appreciation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Design, Product Development, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in the fashion industry
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills
