Job Summary
Associate Salesforce Product Manager to support product opportunities, user research, and end-to-end feature delivery in the Salesforce platform; collaborate with cross-functional teams, write requirements and user stories, act as scrum master for sprint coordination, enable adoption and drive platform enhancements, and participate in release and change management within JP Morgan Personal Investing's Salesforce initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
- Exposure to operational management and change readiness work streams
- Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
- Previous experience with the Salesforce platform, ideally as an Administrator or Consultant including but not limited to reporting & dashboards, standard data model and object relationships, security model, sales & service cloud capabilities
