Job Summary
Design scalable Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, configuring data models for patients, providers, and care teams while building Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components. Develop and test Agentforce agents using Prompt Builder and RAG patterns to integrate Salesforce with external healthcare systems like Epic and Genesys via HL7/FHIR APIs. Implement observability, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop controls to ensure compliance with HIPAA and HITRUST regulations. Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions, manage releases, and tune performance. Work within an Agile/Scrum environment, traveling as required for client engagements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of Salesforce development experience
- Hands-on expertise in Apex

- Hands-on expertise in Triggers
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
- Health Cloud Accredited Professional
- Data Cloud Consultant
- Agentforce Life Sciences Consultant
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud data model
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems
- Proficiency in Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming)
- Experience with Version Control (Git)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Hands-on proficiency with Agentforce
- Proficiency with Prompt Builder
- Knowledge of generative AI concepts
- Knowledge of responsible AI delivery
- Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance (HIPAA, PHI/PII handling)
- Experience with Salesforce Shield
- Experience with Event Monitoring
- Experience with Data Masking
- Experience with OmniStudio (OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors)
- Experience with enterprise AI/ML services or external models
