Associate Sales Support Specialist - US Shift

Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate sales data, prepare quotes, invoices, and purchase orders, and coordinate with logistics, finance, and operations to support the sales cycle. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone to assist with product information, order updates, and support requests while escalating complex issues. Track order statuses, follow up on pending documentation, and ensure compliance with internal processes. This role follows a hybrid schedule of three nights in office and two remote, with work hours aligned to US Central business hours.
