Job Summary
Sales Strategy Associate at Vestwell responsible for building and enhancing reporting tools, performing ROI and financial/operational analyses, and identifying opportunities to scale distribution. Owns commission structures, quotas, and related financial workflows; analyzes the sales cycle to improve processes; develops visual analytics and scalable dashboards in Salesforce, Tableau, and Sigma; and drafts strategic planning documentation. Based at the New York City HQ in a hybrid in-office arrangement, with a base salary in the $70K–$80K range and eligibility for a bonus pool and new hire equity.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience building reporting within Salesforce
- Proficiency in Tableau and/or Sigma (preferred)
- Background in consulting and/or financial services strategy (highly preferred)
