Job Summary
Provide proactive customer service in a branch environment while identifying client financial needs to present alternatives. Cross-sell bank products such as loans, accounts, investment, mortgage, commercial, among others. Assist clients with questions and requests targeted to financial services. Develop new business relationships while retaining and expanding existing relationships with new and existing customers. Generate new accounts, loans and other products as defined and instructed to assist in meeting customers’ needs and branch profitability goals. Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations in every account or transaction performed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields
- Two (2) years of retail/sales experience
- Experience in financial services or related work highly desirable
- Fully bilingual - English and Spanish (verbal and written) highly desirable
- Candidates must be highly analytical, proactive problem solving, organized, detail oriented and able to multitask observing the defined quality standards
