Job Summary
Deliver proactive customer service by receiving bank visitors, responding to inquiries, and directing them to appropriate staff. Listen to client needs to match them with financial products, cross-selling investments, mortgages, and loans while generating new accounts and referrals. Take ownership of account disputes and service activities to ensure satisfaction, processing transactions in compliance with bank policies and regulations. Maintain positive attitudes toward internal and external stakeholders while developing and retaining business relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields
- Two (2) years of experience in a financial services company or related work
- Excellent consulting, sales, and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding communication skills both in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- Permanent or ongoing work authorization

- Knowledge of the Banking Industry products, services, processes, and regulations
