Job Summary
Associate, Sales & Service Development Program (12-month, full-time contract) focused on inbound/outbound ticket sales and in-person stadium/trade show sales. Responsibilities include answering inbound sales calls, outbound prospecting, upsell/cross-sell opportunities, maintaining Salesforce CRM touchpoints, staying current on products/pricing/benefits, delivering high-level client experiences, participating in product training, achieving sales targets, and supporting game-day activities with the Ticket Sales and Service team. Requires sales background, willingness to be coached, strong collaboration skills, and ability to work non-traditional hours.
Required Qualifications
- Sales background with outbound experience is an asset
- General business knowledge with a basic understanding of Blue Jays products and services
- Strong work ethic with a humble mentality
- A strong commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience
- Willingness to be coached, with an appetite to learn and get better every day
- Ability to work collaboratively, multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
