Job Summary
Associate Sales Representative for the WRC (Wound Reconstruction & Care) product lines in the defined territory (Lubbock, TX); responsible for supporting sales of Integra Skin, PriMatrix and OmniGraft in hospital OR/surgery and post-acute wound care settings; develop select accounts, provide case coverage in the operating room, build relationships with plastic, podiatric, orthopedic and general surgeons, and strive to achieve or exceed revenue targets; will spend 50% of time in the operating room and may advance to an Account Manager position for a full territory in the U.S.; reports to the Account Manager; requires strong product knowledge and exceptional customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 1-2 years outside sales experience or healthcare background
- Ability to work in an operating room environment
- Residence in or relocation to the Lubbock area
- Valid driver's license
- Willing and able to travel to the territory
- Strong technical product knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, protocols and solutions
- Strong interpersonal communication, influencing, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
