Job Summary
Associate Sales Representative supports field-based sales for Stryker Peripheral Vascular, assisting a Sales Representative in planning, directing, and coordinating promotion of PV products to physicians and hospital staff. Responsibilities include educating doctors, nurses, and staff on product functionality, participating in product evaluations in OR and office settings, tailoring promotional messages after training, directing product evaluations, assisting with trade shows/clinical meetings, maintaining sample inventories, and adhering to GMP and OSHA guidelines. Requires 0-2 years outside sales experience, a BA/BS degree, in-field training, and strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Travel up to 20% with a base salary plus potential bonuses/benefits; remote-capable work arrangement with majority time from alternate workplace.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years in an outside sales position (medical-related fields is preferable)
- B.A. or B.S. degree required
- Field sales training--In field training
- Successful completion of in-house product training program
- Computer training
