Associate Sales Representative – Reconstruction (Montana)

Job Summary
Support the Reconstruction sales team across your assigned Montana territory and hospital accounts by coordinating surgical cases, managing inventory, and ensuring product availability. Provide technical support in the operating room by observing procedures and guiding surgical teams on instrumentation and implants. Build trusted relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, and key stakeholders while collaborating with teammates to execute territory plans and deliver revenue growth. Manage logistics and administrative responsibilities with strong attention to detail. This hands-on, field-based opportunity requires a competitive, driven individual with a Bachelor's degree, two years of sales experience, and a valid driver's license. You will travel within the territory, including 2 to 4 overnights per month, and complete necessary credentialing processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel within territory including 2 to 4 overnights per month
- Strong ability to learn and apply complex clinical and technical information
- Proven relationship building skills with customers and internal stakeholders
- Highly organized, detail oriented and adaptable to changing schedules including early mornings and evenings
- Self motivated and results driven with a strong team mindset
- Minimum of 2 years of professional sales experience
