Job Summary
Associate Sales Representative focused on sustainability solutions in healthcare, serving as a field-based, individual-contributor role that educates hospital staff on reprocessing programs, supports regional and strategic sales teams, analyzes device usage data, and drives growth and customer engagement across the Patient Care franchise. Key responsibilities include educating healthcare teams, conducting in-service training across shifts, identifying growth opportunities with regional and strategic sales, coordinating cross-functional program implementations, monitoring performance and customer satisfaction, and serving as the primary contact for resolving customer concerns. Requires collaboration, strong interpersonal and analytical abilities, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to travel within the territory. Base salary is $62,000 with potential commission/bonuses and benefits; travel up to 30%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is required.
