Job Summary
Partner with senior sales professionals to grow business throughout your territory by developing relationships with physicians, cardiologists, primary care providers, healthcare administrators, office managers, nurses, and clinical staff. Educate healthcare providers on innovative diagnostic technologies and clinical solutions while supporting and targeting accounts to expand business. Execute territory business plans, learn healthcare economics and clinical workflows, and maintain accurate sales reporting to consistently achieve goals. This role offers structured training, mentorship from experienced Territory Managers, and a clear path to becoming a full Territory Manager within a high-growth medical device sales career. You will work in the field with 25-50% travel, including 1-2 overnights per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1–2 years of experience in one or more of the following: Pharmaceutical Sales, Medical Device Sales, B2B Outside Sales, Healthcare Sales, Business Development, Account Executive, Account Management, Clinical Sales, Inside Sales with outside customer interaction
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong relationship-building abilities
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel throughout the assigned territory, with 25-50% travel - including 1-2 overnights per week
