Job Summary
Partner with senior sales professionals to grow business throughout your territory by developing relationships with physicians, cardiologists, primary care providers, and clinical staff. Educate healthcare providers on innovative diagnostic technologies and clinical solutions while executing territory business plans to identify new growth opportunities. Learn healthcare economics, reimbursement, and clinical workflows within physician offices and health systems to maintain accurate reporting and consistently exceed sales goals. Maintain a valid driver's license and prepare for 25-50% travel, including 1-2 overnights per week. Gain hands-on field selling experience with structured training and mentorship from experienced Territory Managers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales
- 1–2 years of experience in medical device sales
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B outside sales
- 1–2 years of experience in healthcare sales
- 1–2 years of experience in business development
- 1–2 years of experience in account management
- 1–2 years of experience in clinical sales
- 1–2 years of experience in inside sales with outside customer interaction
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong relationship-building abilities
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory
- 25-50% travel
- 1-2 overnights per week
