Job Summary
Joint Replacement Sales Associate role in Allentown/Bethlehem, PA focused on supporting the marketing and sales of Stryker products. You will conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings, assist field sales Representatives, monitor territory development, build lasting client relationships with key stakeholders, and provide exceptional customer service. The position requires on-call duties including evenings, weekends, and holidays, completion of trainings and certifications to maintain product expertise, and up to 70% travel within the territory. A degree path of Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree or medical certification is preferred, with related experience in sales, military service, or medical fields being advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree OR Associate’s Degree OR Medical Certification
- minimum 2 years of related experience
- High School Diploma AND minimum 4 years of related experience
- Minimum 4 years of active-duty military service
- Preferred: Medical related fields or B2B sales experience
- Sales or marketing internship
- Collegiate extracurricular experience demonstrating discipline, teamwork, and leadership
