Job Summary
Promote Sage Products to nurses, clinicians, and hospital staff while providing excellent customer service and developing relationships. Follow extensive product training to tailor promotional messages, answer functionality questions, and distinguish offerings from competitors. Assist in hospital surveys, post-sale implementation, and training to ensure customer adoption and satisfaction. Prepare for and operate trade shows, conventions, and clinical meetings. Solve real problems using a consultative approach, operating with honesty and integrity. Maintain detailed confidential records and adhere to facility protocols and OSHA guidelines. Handle product components including fabrics, rubber, and metals, requiring the ability to move and demonstrate items weighing up to 50 pounds. Manage time independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks and resolving conflicts.
