Job Summary

Conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings to demonstrate the value of Stryker Interventional Spine products to doctors, nurses, and staff. Systematically track territory progress while proactively communicating wins with Sales Representatives to exceed performance objectives. Solve product problems using product knowledge and quick thinking when onsite with clients, providing proper use and maintenance guidance. Assist customers whenever the need arises to ensure excellent service. Requires a Bachelor's Degree, 1-2 years in medical sales, and approximately 20% travel.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited university
Must have a valid driver's license
Must be able to drive an automobile
Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
Must be able to exert up to 20 pounds of force constantly
Must possess the ability to coordinate the eye, hand and foot movement
Must possess the ability to grasp by hand
Must meet cognitive demands to include visual and auditory discrimination
Must meet memory retention requirements
Must exercise discretion and independence when applying professional expertise
Must be able to manage time, projects, stress and conflict
Must possess strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication
Must be able to bring tasks through to completion with minimal supervision
Must have the ability to prioritize work and keep detailed and confidential records
