Job Summary
Associate Sales Representative assists outside sales in planning, directing, and coordinating the selling, marketing, and promotion of Stryker Peripheral Vascular products to physicians and hospital staff. Responsibilities include education of doctors/nurses on product functionality and updates, tailoring promotional messages based on customer knowledge, directing product evaluations in OR and office settings, supporting trade shows/clinical meetings, maintaining product samples, and helping regional management track territory progress. Must complete in-house product training, communicate with large groups, negotiate terms with customers, and prioritize calls based on territory potential. Requires 0-2 years in outside sales, a B.A. or B.S. degree, and ability to travel up to 20% with a remote work arrangement possible.
Required Qualifications

- 0-2 years in an outside sales position
- Field sales training
- Successful completion of in-house product training program
- Computer training
- Knowledge of product portfolio and differentiation from competitors
