Job Summary
Associate Sales Representative for Medical Device/DME in Boise, ID. Hybrid role supporting sales and service within a defined healthcare territory, with a clear path to Territory Sales Manager. Responsibilities include prospecting referral sources at hospitals, urgent cares, orthopedic groups, and physician offices; managing target accounts; conducting introductory sales calls and advancing sales cycles; delivering orthopedic bracing and DME to hospitals, clinics, and patient homes; educating patients and staff on equipment use; maintaining billing and compliance documentation; obtaining patient/provider signatures; and inventory/product tracking. Requires 2+ years in customer service, healthcare, or sales; strong communication skills; ability to work in clinical settings; valid driver’s license; proficiency in Microsoft Office; and degree preferred (associate or bachelor’s). Benefits include base salary, commission, auto allowance, laptop/phone, insurance, 401(k), and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service, healthcare, or sales experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in hospital and clinical environments
- Self-motivated with a desire to grow into medical sales
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Medical device, DME, or healthcare sales experience preferred
